Investment options

The POWER UP nutrition coaching program offers high-level ongoing support. We work with athletes anywhere from 3 – 12+ months depending on your goals.

About me

Registered Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition), and Sports Performance Nutritionist ( BDA Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register) with over 9 years experience working in nutrition.

Across my career so far I have successfully worked with a diverse range of athletes, including: junior Team Wales swimmers, Ironman World finishers, marathon runners, Ultra runners and more. This extensive background has equipped me with the skills to tailor nutrition support to individual needs, promoting optimal performance and well-being.

On a personal level, my approach to food is one of balance and realism. I know how to fuel my body for exercise, but I also enjoy food for fun and socialising. This positive relationship with food is something I work hard to foster in every athlete I work with.

Having moved to Wales in 2011 expecting to stay for 3 years, I loved it so much that I never left, I now live and work in Newport. I’m currently training for triathlon (and loving it!), and when I’m not training or working, you’ll often find me at the beach or countryside with my dog, or cooking up something tasty in the kitchen.

         

The Power UP nutrition coaching program offers high-level ongoing support. Finding the right nutrition to suit YOUR body, YOUR health and to optimise YOUR performance isn’t straight forward and it won’t happen overnight. That’s why this programme requires a 3 month minimum commitment. After the 3 months, the rolling contract can be cancelled at any time.

We take payment via credit or debit card through Stripe. The cost is £90 per week, and is billed every 4 weeks (£360 per month commitment). After the initial 12 week commitment, the contract can be cancelled at any time. Refunds cannot be provided so cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the monthly payment is taken.

The timing has to be right for you and ultimately, I can’t convince you if you’re unsure – you have to want it!

I offer one-off 90 minute intensive consultations for clients wanting to sense-check your current nutrition strategy, and an opportunity to get advice from a nutrition expert relating to your health and goals. We do not offer meal plans as part of this programme as we work individually with clients to be able to create their own sustainable, healthy eating patterns through meals and snacks. If you are looking for meal plans these are available to buy HERE

Macro tracking is something that we sometimes offer; via the SENPRO app, when it’s a good fit for the client.
However, our ultimate goal is to guide clients towards making behaviour-based changes that help them reach and maintain their goals without having to constantly track everything they eat and drink.

Between the bi-weekly zoom calls, we use a sports nutrition app called SENPRO, this is free for you to download and enables us to keep your forms, messaging and more, all in one place. I can answer questions and provide additional support through the app.
